Mary Ann Schindler, a mixed media artist, is a featured artist at The Dorchester Center for the Arts  for the month of May, 2010.
 
Allbeury-Hock will be giving a demonstration of painting with oils at the Oxford Fine Arts Fair on Sunday, May 30, 2010.
 
Maureen Farrell taught Watercolor for Beginners and Beyond at the Dorchester Center for the Arts starting April 21, 2010.
 
Jennie Seifert taught Exquisite Jewelry for Beginners and Beyond at the Dorchester Center for the Arts starting May 4, 2010.  Using Precious Metal Clay, students will use a variety of tehiniques, hand tools and materials while also experimenting with different metals.  Jennie also was a guest instructor at the DCA's Guest Artist Event in March, 2010.
  
Pieter Van Huizen was also be a guest instructor at the March 2010 Guest Artist Event at the Dorchester Center for the Arts.
 
Fran Saunders is Vice President of the Tidewater Cameral Club, based in Easton but representing all of the mid-shore area. 
 
Terry White is about to have the fourth novel in her Chesapeake Heritage series published.  The series embraces the history of the Eastern Shore through the lives of four women and the plantation called Baron's Hope.  It starts at the earliest colonization of this rich agricultural area and illustrates the area's history through the end of the Civil War.  Terry's books are available at Amazon,com, Kindle, The Bay Country Shop on US 50, and directly from her. 
 
Anne Allbeury-Hock is teaching Flower Painting in Oil or Acrylics at the Dorchester Center for the Arts starting June 17, 2010.  Arrangements can be simple or dramatic and all skill levels are welcome.
